Only my third day after getting my e46 m3, and the same thing happens to me with a guy in a black clio, yes clio! He stayed in the right lane up close to me when i was overtaking someone so when i pulled into the left - down went the pedal, I wouldnt say "a** handed to me" but from 60-100 it kept up and i was looking through the driver side window thinking wth! I know on a clear motorway in top end performance mine would probably continue accelerating a lot faster than him but in terms of value for money- his car/ mods do have their place.

Gotta say going from a mk4 golf 1.4 and a toyota corolla 1.3gli to this is just amazing! Group 20 insurance at the age of 25 doesnt really help but ah well

Engine was built by EDS in Germany and did actually make over 430bhp if i remember correctly but was tamed down to just over 400bhp to keep it reliable.

I only have exterior shot here, will get under bonnet shot up soon.

To be fair if you kept it in standard exterior trim you could have so much fun playing with faster cars not knowing why the hell their cars were so slow in comparison :)

Home made engine mounts, gear linkage and drive shafts £50

£400, 14.7 Second 1/4 mile @97MPH

Thats with the standard nasty LS interior and 1.2 Peashooter exhaust. Same car stripped out with a decent maniold and exhaust managed a 13.9 Second 1/4. Stick a few huindred quids of Nitrous on it and you're looking at at 12's in a shopping trolly all for just over £1,000.

Yes its crap, just a s***** Corsa, blah blah, but pound for pound it's great cheap fun.
