Darkfall - Jan 22nd (maybe...)

Played this about a year and a half ago for some acquisition stuff; we only had about 10 or so people playing - but it was pretty fun. Looked like a piece of crap mind you, don't know if that's improved at all?
 
Doesnt look like crap at all, Ill grab a few screenshot of tonights action and wack them up here.

EDIT: Cities look like crap, as do some animations. Out in the field PvE/PvP is all good.

I'm with a guild called Lux Arcana, Mature 18+ guild for people who can/can't play all the time. Currently the applications are suspended but we'll be opening in a week or so If I recall.

Region free, I hate games that split up the world into regions I happen to like chatting and playing with people from all over the world and having the server always active no matter what the time

At 23, I'm actually one of the younger members of my guild. Theres many many people who used to play UO, and are thus ancient.

lol, Im 22 and played UO for 7 years :p

Murderherd is till recruiting some what also, who I am a member of.
 
Anyone know what this install error and how to solve it? is it just a corrupted file and if so in what part of the torrent as it took me over 10hours to download the entire file yesterday.

Got it all workign the other day. keeping my intrest just. but taht's because it's so hard workign out what to do. i really need to find some people to party with or a guild. These games are never good on your own.
 
Just been reading up to see if it's worthwhile spending the time trying to get this game. Apparently there are still the same explits as there were on day one, people able to max out all skills in one day through bugged mobs etc.

I think i'll wait until they start opening up new servers so there's an even playing field, hopefully they'll have actually fixed these things by then :/
 
Yeah I would certainly wait.

todays doing my head in. Twice I've had sync issues while holding a large stash. :( Twice I've been killed and lost that stash. GRRrrrrr..
 
Got to say i'm really getting peed of with the kill malarky. Out fighting goblins to up my rank 15 2h sword. and then some **** comes along and hits me with arrows 5 an I'm dead. must be like level 50 plus. All my loot and money gone.
Whats the point I know it's cheap money but surly there must be better ways for them to make it as they are wearing full plate metal amour.

Hehe, thats FFA full loot pvp for you :)

I remember back in the days of UO when people would kill me, loot my body dry, then kill me again the moment I came back to life (nothing to loot this time of course), then kill me again the moment I came back to life again and so on until I left the area :)

They're just griefers, I don't even attempt going after mob's on my own anymore, I'll go in a group of 2-4 anything more and we go adventuring.
