Won't be getting Assassins Creed though - already have it for the 360 and completed it :p
 
Steam is rapidly becoming the best place to get games, all these special offers and free weekends.

Ive spent a lot on steam over the last few weeks because of this.
 
Awesome. Whats assassins creed like for the pc? Enjoyed playing it(loved actually) on a mates 360, but how playable is it with just a keyboard and mouse? Also, will my system (see sig) play it?
 
Noticed that Wheelman is due out this week, so I'd guess that Ubi may use these deals as a way of promoting the launch of that.

Interesting to see if they'd try a cut price deal on a brand new title. I'm just wondering if they will simply because you can't actually preorder it on Steam atm.
 
I expect it to be a few games at the weekend (say Splinter Cell games or another series). Assassins Creed is okay on the PC and you can play it with a 360 pad.

Your system may struggle a little depends on the res you're playing at though.

In regards to controls -

I honestly found both keyboard/mouse & 360 pad to both be awkward. I stuck with the keyboard n mouse and now its just second nature, its definately something you need to get used to on either control method :) I also like being able to swing 180 very quickly to look behind for chasing gaurds.
 
I really love Steam. I swear they ALWAYS have some sort of offer going.

Will be keeping a close eye to see if there's any titles that pique my interest.
