Bourne would win as just before the fight some knob would claim what jack is about to do is unjustified and force him to stop. Jack would cry, Jason would beat him down anyway.
 
You don't see Bauer, failing at a mission, running away like a girl and getting shot in the back.

Bourne is good no doubt but I think Bauer is better.

Edit: From all the episodes of 24 I have seen, IIRC Bauer has been clinically dead at least twice. How do you kill a man who has already died twice.

NB on one of those occasions he came back from the dead and killed everyone in the room.

Jason Bourne is an assassin, Bauer is a government agent. Bourne wins hands-down!

Don't take any notice of the films either - in the books Bourne is even more hardcore.

The books are awesome. I have to watch the films as something else because they have such little in common with the books (which I read before they made the films). Bourne is a trained assassin who loses his memory but that's where the similarities end. I mean, in the books, most of The Bourne Supremacy takes place in Hong Kong and in The Bourne Ultimatum, Jason is middle aged!

i think the Bourne films are tottaly overrated and i love 24
but if both had a hand to hand fight i think Bourne will win as he is clearly the superior killing machine :(

Bauer is still awesome tho
