Google Street View active in the UK

A few mates and I were caught by Google Streetview driving through Cheddar today! :D
 
i spotted a google car going through Bedlington today with google ect on the side and the the big pole on the top.I was on my driving lesson at the time,maybe i will be on streetview lol
 
I hear they are planning GoogleToilet in 2010 where they will force their way into our bogs and take pictures of us having a **** . I'm absolutely outraged that they can do this and am seriously considering making an official complaint to the queen, I don't care if they blank my face out I'm not having pictures of me having a poo put on the internet.

I think you'll find other countries are just as if not a lot more sensitive to things like Google Streetview. In the UK we put up with a lot more surveillance than anywhere else, are all other countries a laughing stock here because they value their privacy more? Or does it only work one way in Azagothland. If you really are as well travelled as you say you are then I'd be extremely surprised, but if you don't mind I'll probably put that comment in with all your other tall stories for now.

Ive got to agree with azagoth with a few things here were begging to take the status of americans in some ways sadly, were getting a bad status either way, just like the french are typically known for being snobbish (theyve even admited it) and americans for being americans lets just say. were getting a bad rep these days either way you look at it

and as usual the thread is getting side tracked

Whatever image-processing that goes on is brilliant - the end result that you can free-rotate in feels convincingly 3D and solid :)
