The All New Desktop Thread, Images No Larger Than 800x600

Top left one is just a test rainmter config, couldn't be arsed to to get rid of it for screenshot, I had 4 rainmeter configs going the otherday, maybe a bit to much. :rolleyes:

You're about 120+ pages late mate.

tbh we're on 127 atm and it seems like only the last few pages have these issues.
it's 800x600 or thumb/link so that it fits on most monitors. even on my 19'' several images extend past the edge of the screen!
 
I'm sorry, I didn't think 40px of height was going to cause such a problem :( I thought it was a friendly rule to make sure it fits on most monitors and keep file size down, which I thought I'd done at 75kb.

I woudn't worry about it mate, don't see any reason why everyone would jump on your back over a measly 40px*. Personally I think everyone should just chill a little, it's not the end of the world if someone's image extends past your screen.

If it really bothers you that much you can add some code to firefox to resize images for you. :)

*Yes technically it's 32,000 pixels


How did ya manage to get that glass effect on your task bar?
Windows 7 innit.
