My Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano - Large Pics & Sound

You are immediately aware that this is a wide car - overall width is 1962mm which is 6ft5in.

I hope you've enjoyed the pics :)

I experienced this second hand the other day. Driving back from work the usual route and this grey beast devouring the A road comes the other way shouting at me! It was huge!

Looked fantastic even if a little dull in grey, and he wasnt giving it beans, which made me sad.

But I have Spies tube video! Fantastic car chap, thanks for sharing, I serpently have enjoyed the pics.

Im not usually a fan of Italian exotica, but that is one very, very pretty car. I hope its a good to drive as it is to look at, and I hope you enjoy it.

...and as for aiming high and achieving your dreams - I'd say you've done so in bucket loads - I've checked, and have some receipt, and have some OcUK ones from from Jan '01 when the business was a tiny niche. Well done sah!

Fuel consumption varies between 11 and 15MPG. Servicing intervals are every year or 20,000KM. I didn't ask what the service costs were but I know it's not a fortune compared to past 12 cylinder Ferraris.

Those service intervals are pretty decent to be fair. Some evo's require servicing every 5000 miles.

I officially feel old now I can remember when Spie had a Nissan 200SX.
Aye. Think you were 16 then. I remember emailing you to thank you for supporting OcUK over some newsgroup rant :)

That Ferrari lot really know how to make the occasion as special as possible, that build log and the luggage alone is probably worth than most cars here.

Stunning car.

S'lovely - but I think next time you post something you're trying to prove you own... use oatcakes.

Wow

That is such a beautiful car and the build log makes the car more than just metal and leather, well done for working hard enough to be able to afford it and I hope you enjoy it immensely :)

Correct. Makes it civilised at low RPM/throttle openings and racey when its opened up

Do what my bodd did with his Vanquish S, remove them :D

Sounds brutal, but it's still quite civilised inside actually.

I've never been a big fan of supercars, mainly due to the costs of them and the fact you spend most of your time stuck in traffic doing 30mph like the rest of us.

But, as long as your happy with it then it really doesn't matter what I think :D

I hope you have fun in it :D
