The All New Desktop Thread, Images No Larger Than 800x600

What do you use for bottom bar? Where do ya get the icons from?

What do you use for the clocks? Where do ya get the theme from?

Thanks
Will.

Rocketdock at the bottom.
I made the icons but you can get them here the psd is included so you can make up other icons, save them as png's.
Copy the icon files into rocketdocks 'icon' folder, you can leave the icons in a folder incase there are other icons there with the same filename.

If you gonna use a dock I recommend using stacksdocklet so that you can group similar programs together.

The clock is Rainmeter
I also made that config up and you can get it here It displayes, core 1 - core 2 - ram - hdd - pwr - upt and gmail.

If you have gmail then open up the .ini file, scroll down and put in your username and password, I've put it in caps so you should be able to see it.

If you also use google chrome and have an application shortcut for your gmail, I've made it so that you can click on 'mail' and it will open up the app shortcut for gmail, which is quite useful at times.

Also, the .ini file put it in a folder, name it whatever you want and then paste into the rainmters 'skins' folder, start up rainmeter, right click the icon in the sys tray, 'configs' and select the config.

EDIT: if its the other clock, top left, http://cid-585fe95cd5b1f12e.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Time with pic.7z unzip and put folder into rainmeter skins folder.

If you need anymore help just shout. :)

Do you know what code to add? This is for a different site and it would be nice not to have to scroll from side to side.
It may not work on all sites, it depends how they're coded but at a basic level you can use this...

First of all you will need stylish;
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2108

Then go into the addon, click "Write" and give it a description (doesn't matter what) then in the big box put;

Code:
@namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml);
@-moz-document domain([COLOR=Yellow][B]domain.com[/B][/COLOR]) {

img, img:link {max-width:[COLOR=Yellow][B]XXXX[/B][/COLOR]px!important}

}
where "domain.com" is the domain of the website you wish to resize the images on and XXXX is the maximum width you want the images to be.

issue with that is that you can't account for EVERYONES hosting.
I assume you mean imageshack etc, it doesn't work on the domain the image is hosted on, just the site the image is displayed on. I use it on OcUK forums and it resizes everyone's images.

That image zoom thing looks good though.

I didn't know you could change the background colour after you have set a background! I've set it to white now and my desktop looks a lot better :) Thanks

I've got a copy that is 3400x1200

Finally put Rocketdock back on;

If anyone else needs 3360x1050 wallpapers I've stockpiled some here.

Oh and my laptop...top too;

To scale :o
