Seeing as I can't find any sort of benchmarks for this Hard drive. I have decided to benchmark it myself using HD Tune and HD Tach.
HD Tach Long Benchmark

HD Tune Benchmark

It runs quite cool as well the highest temperature it has reached is 19°C. That is 10°C cooler than the other hard drives in my case.
My room temperature is 16°C

Have you tried setting your Automatic Acoustic Management (AAM) feature that controls the drives access times to the faster performance using the samsung hutil tool??? or tested to see if you`d get access time improvements using HD Tune AAM option???

How do I use the samsung hutil tool?

Have you tested your access time performance using HD Tune AAM option to see if it improves??? if it does improve when testing, you`ll have to download the samsung hutil tool from there website or search "samsung hutil tool" in google for download links. To use this tool, you`ll have make a bootable floppy disk and put the contents of the hutil tool in the floppy, then you can boot from it, and then enter "Hutil.exe" at the dos command line, and press return key to run the tool.

The best access time is still around the same. So I don't think, I'm going to get any quicker than 20ms

Scrap that last comment the access time is now around 15ms, not sure what was causing the slow times before though.
