it's repeated tomorrow at on BBC 3.

not watched Dr Who for years, saw the trailer for this one and it looked so amateurish and stupid, loads of folks seem to like it though

Bit puzzling why a race of fly-like insects would have internal comms earpieces which are shaped to fit human ears though

Episode was good, even with the overacting from lee evans..

And you know, I gotta say, she may be a little wooden, but Michelle Ryan would definitely have made a good companion, and very easy on the eyes.. very easy indeed.

Got to say I was disappointed - not one of the best episodes and not one for Mr T to go out on.

The only saving grace was Michelle Ryan in tight trousers.

Be glad when Moffatt takes the reigns and starts writing some real episodes to mess your pants to!

Just hope the one in August and the Xmas / New Year double bill are a lot better.

Lee Evans was quite funny though!

Amazes me how all the earths military as far as dr who is concerned use g36's and m4 carbines. Even in the future in that big brother episode a few seasons back, g36's all round against the daleks.

Didn't watch it. I enjoyed the 2007/08 christmas special but the 08/09 one was rubbish! The trailers for this episode were awful, so obviously a rip off of Pitch Black, can't say I got excited about it.

We said exactly the same!!

Enjoyed this one much more than Christmas one. It was fast paced and had some funny moments, even if the ending was a bit cheesey.

The only problem now is that our youngest wants one of those 'ray things' as a pet.

Was it just me or did the quality of the broadcast look really good tonight? Far better than freeview normally looks imo.

As for the episode, 6/10. Not too bad.
