Your Vice?

Hey fellas,
We all have 'em right. Some of you may know I'm heavily into fitness and nutrition (so much so I decided to make it my career :p) but we all have one or two (or five or six) vices.

Back in the day I used to be rather chubby (15st 11lb at 15yo!) and loved cake, biscuits, chocolate e.t.c This has stayed with me, I LOVE cakes and biscuts, though I'll have a confectionary item maybe once or twice a month, and not even enjoy it.

My true vices are alcohol and smoking. I quit smoking quite some time ago, but I love to go out and hit it hard (twice a monthish) and will innevitably smoke and feel horrendous for it afterwards. I really enjoy a scotch and a cigar once a week though, in fact I was prompted to post this because that's exactly what I'm doing now.

So, what are your vices guys?

umm..

Chocolate, cream slices, ice cream, carrot cake, frosties (in melted choc!)

donuts, cookies, vanilla latte's

bacon, eggs, hash browns.

I could go on!
 
Not interested in smoking though I used to have the occasional "social" cig.. I'm not a huge drinker either. In fact I grew out of drugs as soon as I was introduced to them.

Naughty foods I crave and cave from time to time (we're counting on 1 hand per month here). Other than that I'm fairly clean cut! :o
 
Crisps and biscuits.

And coke. Gallons of the stuff. Drink very little else.

I don't drink and I don't smoke though, and never have. Just trying to ease off the snacking. All things in moderation and that.
 
Every day's vice day for me :cool:

Kept to a clean diet for a few months a couple of years ago and while I did make better strength gains that usual I didn't think it was worth sacrificing the food I enjoy. Now I just eat what I want when I want.
 
cake/chocolate mainly, slowly cutting it all out. Quite a lot of bread/pasta too but I've started making wholemeal bread and eating less of it too.

oh, partial to a Terry's chocolate orange too lol.
But do keep regular at the gym (you wouldn't think so)
 
Alcohol for definate.

Eating cleanly isn't a problem, drinking at the weekend is though :(

I believe we're entitled. When you spend a life dedicated to self-improvement and clean living, if we aren't entitled to excessive enjoyment who is!

I had one for the first time at christmas believe it or not. There soooo tasty, i think i demolished one in like 3 minutes... was well ready for another soon after, but i had none left! :(
 
For me its not so much the sweets, but more the pizzas, sausages and that kind of thing. It always seems like a great idea before but afterwards I always regret it!
 
Pretty much any food that's in front of me. Out of sight, out of mind, no real cravings, but if you put a table of "bad" food in front of me, you'd be shocked at how quickly i'd demolish it.
