Do you eat vegetables?

i will eat it provided it's how i like it, i really don't like most cooked veg though (broccoli/peas/cauliflower etc) i much prefer it raw. in fact potatoes are probably the only 'vegetable' i like cooked more than raw...

I don't eat as much as I should although I never leave veg if it's on a plate, unless it's any form of squash.

On the other hand, I hardly eat any fruit at all as having colitis, the acidity of the fruit makes me ill.

As a kid I wasn't the biggest fan but made to eat them by my parents....now I love veg :)
Had cauliflower, brocolli and courgette covered in home made cheese sauce and toasted bread crumbs last night - was very tasty :)
As said previously, a lot of folk are used to over boiled, soggy veg

Potato and beans are the only veg I eat, I actually used to eat more Veg as a child. My rents always tried to make me eat more veg it just never happened.

Im not a fat slob who eats chips all the time either, im a healthy gym goer who trains 5 days a week. I do take vitamins which obviously won't make up for the lack of veg but obviously help.

Never had issues pooing :/ same time everyday like clock work.

When there are people in the world living off of just cheese, or chocolate im sure I can survive.

I do like fruit.

i don't have a problem with veggies, but my nutrition while i'm at uni is abhorrent. i've turned at least three dieticians into jabbering mental patients telling them about my diet.

Not the best, but £1 bag of frozen veg will go a long way to helping if you're short on cash.

It doesn't taste great, but I found that if I mixed up some Chinese curry sauce from the Chinese shop it was a pretty easy meal in itself. Get involved with the cheap fresh - peppers, lettuce, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. There's a lot you can do with them.

i eat loads of fruit, veg on the other hand i hate the green ones but i tend to force them down coz i know they're good for me :(

Going to the gym and taking supps is not really a good alternative.

If you don't count potatoes I didn't eat any veg for the first 29 years of my life and by that I mean none at all not even baked beans I also ate no fruit the closest I got was a glass of OJ. My Sunday dinner was just meat and potatoes I still don't get gravy as an idea! For about a year now I've had veg with every meal and now and also eat an apple and Banana every day I still hate the taste and texture but it's getting easier.

i wasn't suggesting that it was. I know my diet is not ideal. An as i said taking vitamins won't make up for it, but it's better than not taking vitamins.

I was just making it clear for people reading the thread, not just at you. :)

It just concernd me when people don't look after themselves.
