Thought i'd wade in with my experience
Basically, i peeled off the sticker to my GTX 280, it now looks horrible as i wasn't able to get all the residue off, so i emailed BFG and asked if they could send out new stickers for me.
I thought it was a long shot, but low and behold, Jeff came to the rescue and has gone through a lot of effort to send the stickers out to me
unfortunately, i've got work and the fed ex guy can't just post them through the box, so i still haven't got them, but the thought and effort made shows me that BFG customer support is second to none.
They're only stickers, but a very well done to everyone at BFG, my choice for graphics cards for the last 5 years
