No decent TV shows anymore?

Pretty good? It's one of the most under rated shows out there! people mostly judge it by its name and so watch something else.

The same goes with How I Met Your Mother & Burn Notice, whereas 24 just sounds unique. (While I'm at it, the latest season is one of the better ones! if you wanted to start on that, you would be kept busy since it's almost at the end of it's 7th season!)

It's atleast good, I enjoy watching it.

It reminds me of Friends kind of but more updated. I love American sitcoms.

Shield and Wire, Shield was good until it became all about the bald guy and the wire become really really boring in season 2 and stopped watching.

LOL?!

Anyway, don't bother with How I Met Your Mother, the female characters are annoying as hell and the jokes are repeated over and over again.

The only reason it hasn't been cancelled is because of one character, Barney. Season 4 has been especially bad.

House is pretty terrible too, started going downhill after season 3. It has some decent moments but mostly bad as of late.

Chuck, Dexter and Reaper are all great too. although I have a feeling Chuck will go downhill next season judging from the events of the finale of season 2....

+1 for 24 (lovin' season 7)

Burn Notice is a good one. Think they're on season 2 atm.

Tag line : "Agents don't get fired, they get burned!"

I give to you my 'series shortlist'. The following are all above and beyond what can be described as amazing, and constitute some of the best television ever produced. Anybody who thinks differently is lacking in intelligence, well, because I say so. :p

1. The Wire
2. Deadwood
3. Twin Peaks
4. Carnivale
5. Rome
6. The Singing Detective
7. The Sopranos

Some other series I like, but aren't in anyway in the same league as the above:

1. Lost
2. Heroes (well, the first series at least..)
3. Urm, well.. I guess that's it.
