PC making me feel sick

It's psychological. There's nothing inside a PC which can give you a stomach ache, certainly not fans.

In my experience, there's pretty much no limit to the conditions that your brain can make you feel. I think this will only get better when you really convince yourself that the PC isn't causing a problem. Until then, your mind will play tricks on you. You need to change your mindset because thinking excessively about problems like this just reinforces the association and makes them harder to shift.

Hi I have a real problem, when I use my pc it makes me feel sick, gives me kind of stomach pain. I think it's the fans.

Whenever I use my xbox 360 i get the same problem, like a burning pain in my stomach.

Is there a name for this? Anyone else get this?

Hmmmm so you think your HAF fans are making you ill, and you may have to sell the pc.

So could you explain what all this has to do with the Xbox giving you the same feeling.

You have two different pieces of equipment giving you exactly the same problem, and your diagnosis is that its the fans in the pc, Un ****** believable.

Do you use the same screen for both your pc and xbox, if so then maybe it is a screen issue.

If not then go and get your eyes tested.

Well that's true, maybe we should award him with some form of e-medal? :p

I am sure I read somewhere a long time ago on THe Register that a certain laptop/PC gave off fumes when it was running.

Maybe your alergic to ozone?
That 'electrical' smell that is given off by electronics is actualy a small amount of ozone.
Maybe thats it :-S
Go find another device that give off that warm and comforting fusty electrical smell and sit next to it. Stomach ache from it? BINGO, its that ;-)

hmmm.

I'll turn the fans off tomorrow and then see. It happens when the pc comes on, I was fine today until I turned it on.

I'll eliminate variables one by one until i know for certain.

It's like car sickness.
Glad it's a source of amusement. later.
