Congratulations to Liverpool

Second post of this kind in the thread now, is going to home matches some sort of barometer for if you're a 'valid' fan or something?

:)

i just find it annoying that most man utd fans have never seen them play a game or put any effort in, and then call themselves a "supporter"

I used to be a big man utd fan when i was younger (15-17) and in that time, i have been to see them play around 8 times at Old Trafford and Wembley.

Man Utd fans now are just spoilt brats

and before you ask... i support Tottenham now :)

...awaiting my first now. Which means I can't go to the cup final :(

Congrats mate and you'd have to be very lucky to get tickets anyway, I know all Chelsea's allocation sold out immediately and I'm sure yours did too.
There are some available but at stupid prices.

Who cares Premiership football has grown into a worldwide brand. Don't be happy to take money off all these worldwide supporters and then have a go when that person isn't going to the ground. If they buy the shirts and pay to watch the football who cares when it enables you to buy the players and pay the wages.

In todays day and age I find it a very narrow minded view. Perhaps as a spurs fan you should only take money off the fans that go to the ground and shirt sales at the ground.

Its just a stick that bitter fans like to use and though it gives them social elevation over a winning manu fan that doesn't go to the home games. I may lose but atleast I watch them lose.

Not something I worry about and personally any time I've been to see a football game in terms of money for entertainment I've always felt robbed compared top other sports I follow.

I was talking about this today with my brother in law going to the cambridge play off tommorow final tommorow. It's a joke that 40,000 aren't given to each fanbase. What a crap atmosphere with only 20k of each of our teams.

As he said the new wembly is souless and devoid of atmosphere anyway.

I also didn't realise that cambridge share reciepts with the rest of the league for the final tommorow. 19,000 cambridge fans are going. Which makes you see how stupid our clubs allocation has been.

Don't worry if it's a girl and we beat you I will call her chelsea ;)

Quoted in case you pretend you never said it;)

The FA's reasoning is that it's their final and they need to look after all it's members fairly with it's ticket distribution to the 'Football Family' which is a load of crap and it ends up just a day out for liggers and people who can afford stupid black market prices.

.

:D

*Everton fan in "not firing as many blanks as their strikers" shocker*

To be fair it's taken 3 years and I've had more time on the treatment table than Saha. I think she's had a Red round ;)

Congrats to Mr & Mrs dannyjo :)

Cheers guys :)

Fair enough :D make sure you get plenty sleep in before it arrives though ;)

Funny you should say that, since xmas I've binned all the late night COD and Xbox sessions to make sure I'm well rested :D

Glory hunter.

Probably swapped the moment they won the League Cup.

Hmm.

buying a football shirt doesnt make you a true supporter in my opinion, most true supporters make much more effort in supporting there team.

If someone supports Man Utd, and they live down south, over 200 miles away, and have never been to Old Trafford before, then glory hunter springs to mind. They are the same of people who big up there club when they are dominating, but when someone has 4-5 bad games in the row, they start screaming that the player should be replaced with a £30millon signing

I agree with the price of match games, its a total rip off these days
