Tiger Bread

its not for making sarnies with though!

its primarily for stuffing in your face as soon as you get in with the shopping, while its still warm and the butter melts into it.

a great complement to a supermarket hot roast chicken too i have to say (ok, you can make sarnies with it this way i suppose..)

This the same as the Asda Tiger Bread? As in crusty loaf with a stripey, heavier baked (and yummy as hell) crust on it?

If so, HELL YEAH. Getting a nice whack of it fresh is immense. In fact, picked up a pack of 4 Tiger Baps while shopping this evening.

Edit :

Made me think about the "Ring of Fire" loaf I got there a few months ago - started a thread here while I was scoffing that too. It was really nice, if not hot enough for m (but forgivable). Totally forgot to check since then if they've had more in store.

Tiger sticks are what you want.

Bought some from Morrisons the other day and they are great for sandwiches I think. :)

Tiger bread smells like crap. How can you eat the stuff when it smells like a 3 month decaying human body?
