***OFFICAL*** Left 4 Dead Thread!

Doubt I'll be on tonight, but should be on before the weekend is out. Then there is some TF2 sniper/spy update to squeeze in somewhere as well. Then again I might wait a day or 2 for that to calm down :D
 
Well, you should wait before you play etiher sniper or spy... but why wait to play Pyro and destroy like you've never destroyed before ;)

Well, just had a quick go there now and I was abysmal :(

If someone would like to teach a noob the way of the four (and willing to have a potential liability on their team) then I shall be hanging around tomorrow night and willing to learn :)

And hopefully do better than tonight as well.

Gas station, just stay on the roof in the corner. Use pistols for zombies and shotguns for tank. You just need to keep an eye out for teammates being pulled down by smokers. As soon as you see a team mate being pulled quickly save them before they fall down. Also it would be a good idea for 1 team mate to have the M4 to shoot Tank at a distance and special infected.

construction site is pretty hard. I got gold by holding out near the cement bags across from the ammo. Its probably not the best place though as you can be easily trapped by Tank. You can use shotguns all the time here as its easy to make ammo runs.

Church is quite easy with a decent team. I found the best place is inside with 2 team mates at each side of the room. then just shoot everything that moves with shotguns. It helps to know at what times you can make an ammo run. There was a guy on my team with a mic who told us all to make a run for ammo etc.

I'm still stuck on the lighthouse. It seems like its got harder recently lol, i cant even beat my best time of 8.5 mins. Tried everywhere and still no joy after like 50 goes.

I agree that NM has got a little stale. Although with the new CEVO config I think it opens up any map to be an interesting one. As I said before, DA was absolute trash when it was released. You would get barely any tanks loads of medpacks and pills and was generally borefest.

Now with CEVO no campaign is going to be boring :) I've been busy with the TF2 update but will be back in the zombie killing saddle soon :D
 
Duke will be ready to kick ass and chew gum later tonight, so anyone who wants some should be ready from 7 till late
 
Everyones playing TF2. When it first came out, i loved it! I really need to get back into it, but i just can't. Maybe if i played with some of you guys i could :D
