Don't get me wrong I think the whole farce needs to be dealt with, but I'd prefer to have the existing state of things rather than idiots who will ruin the country and possibly the rest of the world too. I'm not even being melodramatic; being the 4th biggest economy and having isolationist policies is a good way to start another global economic catastrophe.

The thing is, they did nothing illegal as they made the rules. The law needs to be changed to close this loophole but there's not a lot you can do.

I'm not sure, Wiki says it is though. But either way it is extremely brutal and barbaric. Corporal punishment is a comparatively very mild form of physical punishment which leaves no lasting injury.

So he thinks anyone who isn't white is a foreigner, and foreigners should be sent back.

Not true, there are many instances where they did clearly break their own rules, and committed theft and fraud. I think it is shameful but not remotely surprising that the police and CPS have ignored their duty to prosecute in such cases.

errr no pork barrel spending happens in full view, many many bills have pork tagged onto them. What typically happens is if a party wants a congressmans support for a bill, he'll give the support in return for some pet project of his. So you'll get a bill to authorise funding for say healthcare, with 20 million tagged on the end for something totally random like an airport close to the guys home town.

residents and citizens are different, they are not the same.

Couldn't the same effect be reached if all the potential BNP voters instead opted for the Monster Raving Loony Party? If all the vote is for is that it is a protest vote then why pick the BNP, why not any other fringe party to express your dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs?

Yes, indeed I do. But I think it's a dangerous thing to take the move to violence to support law and order. I wouldn't support party that supported beatings or killings in the name of the state. We were one of the first countries to ban this act and that's why we're one of the most progressive societies.

I agree they need a shake up, the BNP are not the answer, in fact if the BNP ever got into power I would be dreaming of another Gordon Brown/labour government and I want to see them out of office as much as anyone.

The decision and subsequent blame for not prosecuting lies firmly at the door of the CPS.
