That united performance reminded me of when we got knocked out by milan a couple of seasons back. Absolutely dire, crap tactics - but then again if we would have scored in the first 10 minutes maybe ferguson would have been a tactical genius and barca would never have scored......

Shocking utterly shocking.
Well done to Barcelona they got the first goal and didn't look like losing at any point after it, was nice of us to show up for 10 minutes but then that was it, I've never witnessed a MU side play like that since the late 80's, we didn't look up for it at all.
Carrick was hopeless tonight, was men against boys for the entire match between the two midfields, Carrick, Anderson and Giggs couldn't make a simple 5 yard pass at times.
The long ball game we played for 80 minutes summed up the entire game, too many players just did not turn up tonight.
That is the main gripe for me tonight, the sever lack of effort form anyone, I wouldn't have minded being outplayed and losing 2-0 if we actually showed a bit of fight but you could see it on their faces after the first goal :/
Iniesta was excellent again and although he scored I don't think Messi was particularly brilliant, the way we kept backing off him I would have looked great running at Rio and Vidic.
Well done Barcelona at least the other decent footballing side in the World won

Chelsea have surpassed Liverpool in every competition aside from the league by 3 points (FA Cup, Carling Cup, Champions League)
Ermmm well let them...personally im just happy that Barca, a team that i also support won tonight. Chuffed for Henry as he get his long awaited CL medal that he desperately wanted altho as usual he didnt bother turning up for the game
