In the Summer im under-worked and over paid ( Sitting around playing the XBox *** ).

In the winter, Its hell. Overworked and id say underpaid for what i do.

underpaid yes at <20k but its a great job and only 4 evenings a week (nice day on the decking today) so although its a full time job it feels like im semi retired and can do good stuff like going down to cornwall for long weekends and just chilling out i recommend anybody whos getting fed up to just ditch the 9 to 5 it really is the wrong hours to work imho

i would imagine lots of people do work they are not payed for.

i work about 5 hr's of time I'm not payed for. why i do it.

because I don't have enough time to get my work done inside my contract and its better to work 1hr extra a day. than not meet my deadlines.

a sense of loyalty to my employer and for the general good of the company. as it employs less than 40 people i can actually make a difference.

because i want my boss to notice I'm working my ass off so i can work my way up to organization

there are may other reasons why these are just 3.

p.s. worked the correct amount payed a touch below what i should be
