They aren't a minority but it feels like it. Go through the center in the middle of the day and you'd be lucky to see a white person. Clearly there's been a lot of disillusionment about it, seeing as the BNP somehow won a seat here in what has to be the region with the lowest number of white British!
I don’t know... a BNP vote looks like a protest vote that might have had some thought about it, a conservative vote to anybody who reads about this stuff looks like, well labour have had a go, let’s let conservatives have a go even though there both knee deep in political idealism, don’t have a clear agenda apart from labour are “wrong”, and probably just as corrupt.

Same as my own town, more like Islamabad that a semi rural shire town, the two people who have won the local election yet again only do so due to the local head bloke in the mosque telling everyone who to vote for as well :/

I don't like the the people in power. But people get the wrong idea of true liberalism. I'm a Libertarian, which means less government, so it's kind of anti bbc since it's government funded. But i like the bbc, good tv.
But it's socially accepting. So less regulation, less power to government so they can't forcefully make people leave. They can't enforce things like section 28(Basically anything being nice to gays is banned) which the BNP want. They can't deport immigrants etc
The BNP will be putting regulation in which will be biased to native people, I prefer no regulation at all.
