The argument of saying you shouldnt be staring at pictures is utter balls TBH. Almost all my albums I can recognise by the album artwork, which just takes a quick glance at the screen. As most HUs cant display the full artist and album title without scrolling, its a much quicker way of identifying it.

Also, sometimes, it's just plain aesthetically pleasing.
However when I connected my friends iPod to it for testing purposes, I'm pretty sure I wasn't able to browse album by the cover... could be wrong though!
