Street Fight IV PC-Benchmark Released

True, i would want a stick for both my PC and PS3, i think is Hori4 is ok?

As stated above, PS3 hori sticks are a pain to get working on the PC. It's possible with most intel setups however if that helps, but still a lot of hassle. The madcatz sticks work on all intel systems and most AMD systems without even needing drivers.

A C rating with minimum settings with everything on minimum in a 600 x 800 window :D

I didn't even have a background, although I'm not sure if there was supposed to be one... :o

Thats the max my 20inch dell goes to. I was running 177.83 drivers and got scores MUCH lower. Now with the 185.85 drivers im getting the above score with everything maxxed out.

The cpu is overclocked to 3.8Ghz by the way.

Not bad for a gfx card worth £45 i think.... there are no slow downs and it looks amazing!

If i change to 4xAA and normal filtering it changes to 120fps +

I set everything to the highest possible setting.

Not bad. At least I know when it comes out my system can play the game on max settings at max res. :D

This is mine with all settings at max and ink effect on.

Imo no, the d-pad is atrocious. If i were to get a pad i'd look at the saturn USB pads. It's basically the same as the madcatz official street fighter 4 pads but a little smaller and a hell of a lot cheaper.

Avoid the official SF4 pads too, loads of folks tried them in the console section and all of them broke, really poorly made.

The saturn pad i'm referring to is this one btw:

I didn't know a Saturn pad was available, but it makes sense. The ol' Saturn d-pads were the absolute best ever for fighting games, i don't think any other has come close. Gotta get me one of these.

any ideas why I'm limited to 60FPS ?

I set the framerate to variable but still only get 60FPS regardless of the res.

using latest nvidia drivers

Just got my TV back from repairs and this looks lush on the big screen 1080p at 60fps. :D

The graphics whore in me really wants to buy it but I've never really got on with fighting games. I like them up to a point but I'm probably only a step or two up from a button masher, can't be bothered to learn the more complex combos/moves, so tend to get bored of them after a while or hit my skill level and get fed up of losing. lol!

Also only have a 360 pad and not sure I'd want to spend the money on a new controller for one game. Though those arcade sticks do look the business.

Hats of to Capcom though, hope they keep this up for the rest of their PC titles.

Great so whats happening with anti cheat stuff ? anyone know ?
are capcom likely to have regular updates to stop the inevitable haxors on pc ?
