Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen

Just got back from this as well and Knub will agree (or already has haha!) that the film was immense.

The CGI was immense
Megan Fox was immense
Autobots were immense
The Whitehouse rep was not immense
Megan Fox was immense
The quality of the visuals were immense

Oh yeah, Megan Fox was also immense.
 
Just saw this an wow wee ;) .... megan fox had most people having a stroke from a loss of blood supply to their brains..

The action was great although plot was (expectedly) weak. Is it me or are some of these robots hard to understand...i found the twins initially really difficult to understand.
 
Saw it earlier and thought it was great. A little slow at the beginning of the last third, but very good all round.

Am I the only one who had a massive grin while Bumblebee was seriously kicking ass and removing spines?

I went last night and really enjoyed it but came away thinking did Megan Fox really need to be in it? Before you say yeah she's gorgeous blah blah, which I agree she is, did she actually bring anything to the film other than the her sexy ass? The film would've been no different if she wasn't in it, Sam already had a "sidekick" in his college friend.

Anyway, for me the star of the film was Simmons, he was awesome!

I thought the comedy, whilst cheesy, was spot on and very funny, especially when the female Transformer (do they have a specific name?) was in the car with Sam. :D

Also, is Devastator what is known as a Constructicon? I've never EVER seen the animated stuff as a kid but I've heard that term in relation to Transformers before.

Other than being the obvious hot piece of ass, she takes the shard from Sam in the begining and ends up making a decepticon defect to autobot, which helps the film storyline progress.

If it were a choice over the cyber dorm room guy or Megan Fox as a sidekick; well...I'm not even going to dignify that with an answer :D

Some scenes with her in were quite gratiuitous and obviously promoting her in the film as a hot piece of ass. Still...it's a forumla that worked, what can I say?

I agree with Simmons being legendary though, he played a great character and had me laughing. Favourite bit probably being when he was running away/with devastator repeating his "One man...betrayed by his country..".

Good stuff :D My favourite film of the year so far.

Urinated on T4.
 
I thought that the minute I saw her. I think the answer is yes...

@ Knubje: I wholeheartedly agree that Megan Fox is fit. No question. But as you said, she only really did that one thing in the film and just served as nothing but eye candy for the rest of it. If she's to be in the next film she needs a better role to play as I'm sure she has more to offer as shown in parts in the first film.

After the film we went to the pub and another guy there had just come back from seeing it. Half way through a conversation my girlfriend pipes up "I'm sure her boobs nearly popped out. Looked liek they covered it up with flying sand".

We were like... hhhhnnnngggg!

Brilliant brillant film, unbelievably good CGI, hilarious comedy and a surprisingly strong storyline to boot (emotional in parts as well, had the G/F crying twice)

Having watched this it's no apparent that the first film was just a teaser for this one.

I really enjoyed Terminator last week but this is now the best film of the summer and probably the year :)

Oh and yeah Megan Fox aint a bad leading lady to be looking at for 2 and a half hours either ;)
 
Fantastic film, no brainer, great action, great visuals, oh and lots of megan fox running. What more can you want :)
 
You know why Megan Fox was composed in that way in those scenes though right, the same reason she was composed in TF1 while looking under the hood of B - so that the internet can go crazy with high res samples once a good BluRay version is out and then those images get posted all over /b/ and stuff to use as desktop wallpapers.

Not that that's a bad thing :p

Anyone hear a waft of ":OOOOOOOOOOOOOO" through the cinema the first time Megan showed onscreen on the bike? :D

Yes everybody - either not accompanied by a female or with family let out massive ooooooooo's. was hilarious.
