When are these going to be available?

Is the 10.5ms seek time measured in the same way as the other drives? It seems crazy low for a 2.5" drive!

If the answers are
a) very soon
b) yes

Then I'll buy twenty*!

7200RPM laptop HDD most are 5200-5400 RPM

so the HDD should respond bit faster then an 5400 one
dono about stock (WD do an 7200 one as well they are Black 2.5 hdds)
