Mattresses are not a good place to store money!
Why bother then? It's not a cost to you to have one and makes paying for things much easier and more flexible.
So open a different account and close that one?![]()
Hi there,
Urm, companies cannot just "rob £50 before even asking permission"?![]()
Barclays or HSBC
because i've had problems with companies debiting my accounts, its too tied up to certain websites, just a month ago i updated my details and a company went and robbed £50 before even asking permission, nothing i could do about it.
and before you ask, no it wasnt outstanding payment.
Recommend me a bank?![]()
lol.
you fail at modern life.
with HSBC at the moment..
why is that you dont need one a good idea to get rid of your account?
you dont need 99% of everything in your life, does not mean it would be a good idea to move to a small island in the pacific
afaik, removing the DD mandate from your account will stop this
- Four per cent of the UK adult population did not have access to a bank account in 2007-8
- Some 2.71 million people did not have a current account in 2007-8
