yep, Download Virtual Clone Drive (freeware) install it and it'll make a virtual cd drive in My Computer. Right click it , choose mount and choose your iso file and see what happens!
If i did this would I install the whole operating system onto the virtual drive? I only have 18 gb left so I couldnt do that.
You wouldn't mount the ISO in a virtual drive to install the operating system, rctneil suggested it to check the ISO can be mounted and isn't corrupt. If i did this would I install the whole operating system onto the virtual drive? I only have 18 gb left so I couldnt do that.
You're running 32bit Vista, you can't use the upgrade option in Windows Setup to upgrade to a 64bit version of Windows. Instead you have to boot from the DVD and do a clean install.-EDIT-
I tried mounting it and this is the window I got.

I just mounted it with the ISO in the winrar file, not from the finished disk. Hopefully as its from the winrar the error is normal, and nothing to worry about?
