You are allowed 5 minutes for loading. (IIRC) Loading does not involve nipping into Boots.

To be honest your better off going to Pepipoo if your serious on challenging it, as the people there are much more experienced with tickets and will be able to advise on possible routes you can take in contesting...
Though if there are no routes available, they'll tell you so and you'll just have to take it on the chin.
