OcUK brilliant service

Purchased a few bits and bats for the ageing computer. Haven't got anything from OcUK before that in a long time.

The customer journey was fantastic. I had a few questions and within minutes they were answered. Free delivery and everything was packed brilliantly.

It was a good reminder of how great OcUK are at delivering a great service and it's brilliant to see things haven't gone downhill since the first time I ordered PC stuff 5 years ago. :cool:
 
my memory came ontime and worked just need to sort out free postage for europe as well...

* well i can dream can't i :p
 
Lets remember the bad times...OHHHH remember that time I drove all the way up to OcUK to buy a monitor and impulse purchased a faulty keyboard, turns out you can't send the item back through the post!
 
I ordered and everything was packaged very well, but the DVD drive had a rattle when i took it out the packaging which considering how well it was packed (and free) i would hazard a guess it was dead before delivery.

Not the end of the world, but a ball ache none the less and more time without a drive :/
 
Order the huge mouse mat for £11 (best value mouse mat ever!) and it came promptly, nice one OCUK :)
 
yep :) They are fantastic. Never once had a bad experience with the them yet. I find myself constantly recommending them to friends who are buying new kit.

just mail the voucher code in trust thanks:D
 
Only ever had one problem with them.

But when one of the customer service team excuse the bad spelling/memory (EUAN) Personally sorted it out.

I dont see the point in posting threads like this really, you think the opposite would stay long anyway if it was posted? :confused:
 
It's true, if the opposite was said it wouldn't stay for long. But that's common sense. If I was owner of these boards I'd make sure it doesn't backfire and it's not used against my company.

All I was stating in the first post was my great experience with OcUK.
