I think BaZ mentioned earlier that its just so the betting company dont loose as much as they did with Owen moving to Utd

Its highly unlikely to happen - not only because of the price BM are asking/expecting

Was it just a rumour that Ribery has an agreement with RM to move next summer?

A skybet spokesman has said that they've received a number of bets throughout the day and that they've cut the odds because they want to be safe after taking a big hit on Owen joining Utd.

Huntelaar to Stuttgart, as in last years most sought after striker?

David Villa wants to move to Liverpool because they are the greatest football team in the world ;)

HA I've read that Marseilles is odds on to sign him - so much for any United interest and/or him being up to United standard - gotta love when the papers come out with these stories and they end up being so far from the truth :D

Phil Brown wont be pleased with that

even worse - its rumoured to be at a rediculously low price of £3.5m downpayment with performance/appearance fees to bulk it up to nearing the £6m Hull offered

A few reports are starting to appear that Utd have tried to tempt Athletico with £20m + Berba for Aguerro (which is quite amusing, but I can them laughing in our face IF it is)

Skysports.com understands Liverpool are lining up a move for Inter Milan's Esteban Cambiasso in case they lose either Xabi Alonso or Javier Mascherano.

Reds boss Rafa Benitez is fighting to keep hold of midfield duo Alonso and Mascherano with the pair being strongly linked with moves to Spain.

Big-spending Real Madrid have openly declared their interest in Alonso, while Barcelona have refused to rule out a bid for Mascherano.

Benitez insists the pair will not be leaving Merseyside, but he is thought to be drawing up possible replacements in case he loses one or both of them with Cambiasso thought to be at the top of his wanted list.

Cambiasso has established himself as a key player for Inter since his arrival from Real Madrid in 2004 and Jose Mourinho would be loath to lose him.

Benitez is thought to be a big admirer of Cambiasso and could step up his interest if he loses either of his two midfield stars before the close of the transfer window.

Would be a great player for them, offers more than Mascherano as well. Dunno about him being a replacement for Alonso though

Ive got a bit of a soft spot for berbatov as he can be sublime and he doesnt seem to get the ball taken off him. On the other hand I think that you need to play around him rather than trying to force him to play around your style and formation.
