Well like you, I'm a large one. 6 foot 1 and just over 18 stone. My BMI must be about 33 or something. It's not nearly all muscle either, as a quick look in the mirror reminds me.
Having said that, I'm a lot fitter than I was. I'm down from 19 1/2 stone a few years ago. No idea what resting heart rate was back then. I know it was 80 plus, when I was the chubby inactive kid in school. I think carrying this much weight makes me rather injury prone (hamstrings particularly) though. Not good for football, although it is quite satisfying to sprint past people who aren't expecting anything this big to move that fast...
Edit: Blood pressure now fine (it wasn't when I was bigger). Never had a cholesterol test though.
