It's not going to the THAT limited! There wouldn't be any point in Microsoft having the offer at all if it's only for a few hundred.

If stock was so limited, the sale period would have been much shorter. The feedback has been very positive. MS know they are on to a winner.

I think what'll probably be the case is that all the sales partners really have got that limited stock, however the MS store will have an unlimited stock so that in the morning they can have newspaper headlines saying 'New version of windows sells out a month's stock in a single night, MS now selling limited last copies through its own website only'.

I ordered 3 copies of Home Premium for what is hopefully a bargain price of £45 a piece. I haven't even tried the RC yet, it was just the fact it was a full retail copy that swayed me. Just hope the competitor keep their end of the bargain up, as I ordered when it was "in stock" and its now "out of stock".
