Las Vegas nightlife

I'm not a big fan of Vegas, it's ok for a short trip but for a prolonged holiday it's just not my bag. However, last time I was there I walked away $150 richer, spent a lot of time with boobs and girl's crotches all over me, battered and bruised, and doing silly speeds down the motorway. It's a fun weekend out, lots to do and see, it's so very surreal - great for totty, great for a bunch of lads, and great if you like to gamble (obviously :p), however it doesn't offer much apart from that for me.

I went to Voodoo lounge at the top of the Rio amazing view and well worth the $60 for all you can drink (Google for the palce to buy the voucher I can't remeber the site of the top of my head)

However dont do what we did and abuse the bar man of pooring girly drinks, we didnt get out of bed the next day. :eek:

We then managed to Get in to the new club at the Encore were we stayed, we did accost two random strange girls to help with this. :cool:

XS? To be honest all the fancy clubs seem to be in Wynn. I think there's 3 aint there?

Do the guys behind reception at the hotels have VIP passes etc? I'm quite good at sweet talking. What about on the streets? Do they have people doing offers etc on there?

I don't want to end up in some dive, but then again I don't want to stand outside for 2 hours waiting to get in somewhere that's going to be full of stuck up idiots either.

yes they do ( well the concierge ) these will only get free admission at best they won't guarantee you will actually get it

sorry but for a group of blokes your only hope of getting in a top club is bottle service

the only other chance is to hook up with some fit females in the queue and offer to pay them in
 
The clubs at encore and wynn are PIMP. Swimming pools, dancers and the lot. Expect to pay $30 or something to get in.

We paid $0. Ahhhh, the joy of a Contiki tour with a ratio of about 4:1 female - male

For a bottle of grey goose it will set you back about $450-$500, the mark-up is astronomical. Then you have to tip on top, as stated above as said above. So a single bottle will come out at about $650.
 
Never been into clubbing when out there, much prefer just going to a bar or 2.

Actually being old before my time a nice meal is pretty much it for me nowadays :p

And appallingly over-rated.

I was at the front of the queue and a doorman demanded my passport, looked at me then the passport about 10 times, bent the passports a little checking if it was real and giving me the killer stare.

' Mate, it's either a yes or a no. ' I said, expecting not to be let in for being up front.

He jerked his thumb towards the door, gesturing me in.

It was crap as is every Coyote Ugly bar I have been in.
