Just got back.
Out of respect, we should let Darryn tell the tale if/when he's ready. I think I speak for everyone when I say that we take our motoring passion seriously however we also can take it for granted. Someting like this really does wake you up, especially if you've not seen it before. Sadly I've been there done that got the t-shirt and when all the drama has died off the next day it can hit you like a brick wall.
Thankfully, Darryn is walking and talking but they have taken him to hospital as a precaution and his family are meeting him there, hence why im back home so soon.
The downside to the meet was the rain. I honestly thought we couldn't have such a bad day after yesterday but how wrong was I. We did have a dry spell and we got a few rides in there so thanks to Andy for the ride in the Rover. I know we rip them on here but you guys should try it before you knock it, such a capable car for what it's cost overall. I hope you liked your drive in my CTR Pete and the lack of V6 Powah wasn't too boring for you
EDIT:
Oh, and I managed to cut my hands a knees open and my drivers seat is wet through, gonna take ages to de-mist in the morning. The glass shatters into tiny pieces, I'll be pulling it out for days.
