First Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer Footage Released

The first glimpse of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer gives us a quick look at the AC-130 gunship's appearance in online play. Players will be able to unlock the reward for earning killstreaks in the game.

Modern Warfare 2 crushes the holiday season on November 10.

Hmmm. It certainly looks fun but it also just looks like pure carnage, which is both good and bad.

Piloting the AC-130 gunship? Riot shields? Grenade launchers? It's just mayhem.

Well the call in airstrikes etc look stupid, getting killed by a heli in cod4 was bad enough. Although I mainly play promod matches so as long as the game has the same feel to it as cod 4 but with just new guns and maps it will be ok.

Same dilemma, 360 = achievements, works out of the box (more than likely designed around the 360) and can play on the sofa.. though gold subscription is a pain.

However, PC should mean better graphics, mods and maps.

Not sure, prestige levels that the consoles had certainly kept me playing for a lot longer than I should have. However was miffed that the PC got the chrimbo special of that map (cannae remember the name) and nothing else for console.

One things for certain, I won't be getting it at release, hopefully our seasonal gaming saint, 'Fat Chris' will do a similar deal with MW2 as last year with CoD4 - managed to get it for £17.99 on the 360 in early December

love that the highest price is always taken as release price if you google the price at most retailers it is 30.00 for pc. the console nabs get the higher price.

as for the nades in public 50 man servers yeah it will be caotic,in a 4v4 obiously not as spammy.

cant wait for it tbh as theres nothing much going on the fps scene at moment.
