Hmmmm Very nice.
It's funny the first attempt looked like a "Photoshop" job or poor Sci-Fi effects, but still looked good as the lens appears somewhat "out-there".

The second looks great, Christmas tree effect. I like

What kit you using? 350D?

It's part of the old pier head at St. Anne's - someone else's pic and map here. Mine was taken from inside the round metal bit you can see in that pic.
