I think this strengthens the need for mass culling or at least mass neutering of the low IQ chav tw@ts that seem to be increasing in number's.
 
They do over 18 screens? what's the deal with these? They show all ratings of films but for over 18's only?

fully agree with this, if people are in an out of prison or always in trouble for various things, then they shouldnt be allowed to raise little yobs who are the same as them

Yeah if these kids were horses they would have been shot by now.
 
But the problem is not just limited to the cinema. The youth in this case deserves to be put away for long time - Unfortunately we all know the social working molly-coddlers will pander to the reasons why he took the action he did and get the sentance reduced. All at tax payers expense...

Why are these little scummy thugs like this in the first place? - I was rebellious when I was young, but would never show disrespect to my elders. The other day I got abused as I tooted to warn a disgusting, ratty faced hooded youth who was pratting about in the middle of the road (can of lager in hand)... Felt like getting out and giving the idiot a slap...

Cases like this irritate me... When will the various youth systems understand that what is needed is a kick in the pants for these delinquent idiots, not to be wrapped in cotton wool, and then point the finger everywhere (apart from the youth) to blame society for the way he is...

They carried out the attack whilst the family were in a nearby restaurant and then got into a waiting car, so they likely bought *read, stole* it just before hand.

The Apollo Cinema near me has a directors auditorium that costs a bit extra and you can buy alcohol and the seats are comfier. I think that is over 18s only, or even if it isn't the higher ticket price keeps the chavs out.

To be honest the best thing that could possibly happen is for all politicians to be vicitms of such youth crimes. That might actually show the useless tossers what the rest of us have to endure and compel them to come down hard.
 
As for cinemas, over-18s screening isn't fair. How about screenings which ban groups of teenagers or simply "chavs." Pest-free screenings.

I see where you're going. Yes, there would be perfectly innocent groups of teenagers who sport chav-wear but are not looking for trouble, but in any big political decision, there are casualities. For example, introduce a death penalty - some executions will be of innocents, but overall it will probably reduce crime. It's about time people realised this because there can't be any big political changes if people are not willing to step back and make sacrifices.
 
Why are they not fair? There are plenty of Under 18 screenings available. Throw in some alcohol sales to give it a legitimate excuse and off you go. wahey!

And think of the poor cinema worker who has to say to a rowdy gang of chavs 'sorry, you can't buy tickets because you're chavs'. How likely are they to have bleach thrown in their face?
 
I used to work at a cinema. One of the guys i worked with got a right kicking right in the middle of the shop floor :/ They were "escorted" off the premises but there's only so much you can do until the police turn up.

Actually I was looking at it from the complete opposite direction. That there are plenty of folk who appear perfectly respectable on the surface, but turn into obnoxious louts later on.

True but generally speaking, from experience, you're more likely to get trouble from those in chav-wear. People get offended but there's no denying that youth crime and poor familes are correlated more than youth crime and wealthy families. I'll be the first to admit you can get gangs of public school brats who go around intimidating people and causing trouble, but you know at the end of the day they are far less likely to be carrying knives or to take it to the next level.

Apollo cinemas are normally 'higher class' [i.e. more expensive, better interiors]. The one in Haymarket is certainly very nice.
 
I hate noisy people in theaters, whenever I go with someone, we always go to a fairly empty part & someone comes in with popcorn, then sits right by us. Maybe the other 20+ empty seats were not good enough for them.
