I pulled in a disco once by asking a girl to buy me a drink....First of all she said no you got be joking..

Then about 10 minutes later she came up to me on the dance floor with a beer for me....;)

Just go up to them and say:

You: Your going to get laid tonight.

Them: How do you know?

You: Because im stronger than you
 
Forget buying drinks - every other bloke buys girls drinks and a lot of the time you're just going to be wasting your money - if you've built some rapport then fair enough but on an initial approach its a waste of time.

One to try if you've got the balls and want to be very direct - requires you to feel and act very confident - type '07' into your phone - make eye contact with your target, walk right up to her and simply pass her your phone.
