although im happy to build it for you if you want, i was actually going to show you and supervise you building it yourself. you will get much more satisfaction knowing you built it and having someone there to help on any tricky bits.

Finchley's the place to be lol.
Having someont there to keep you in check and do it yourself would be the best idea, not only is it more satisfying but you will have a better understanding for upgrades/repairs later on.

Are you around on tuesday, paul? I'm due to receive this on that day (how is okUK for getting stuff delivered on the day they say, good?) and if you're around, since you offered to build it first, I'd still be delighted for you to help me do it, I quite like the idea of me doing it with supervision. If it's a tricky day for you, aod has offered as you can see. I don't want to upset anyone though going back and forth between you two good fellas.

Well, having watched a few youtube vids today of fitting mobos, I have a better understanding and I've decided to have a go myself initially and see how far I get.

I took a look but that seems to be for an intel board. Don't I need an AMD cooler?

No worries monserrat. As it happens, I just rang OC before they shipped my order and asked them to add a GPU cooler, so I'm getting the Akasa Vortex cooler sent which I'll get tomorrow. Also changed the PSU to a 700w OCZ.
May do a CPU cooler later.

Finally, order has shipped, get it tomorrow. Was meant to be tuesday but they didn't have the coolermaster CM 690. Told me should be end of week, then today someone else said there's none on order! So I cancelled the case, will buy that elsewhere, the V2 CM 690. So I can start building it from tomorrow and friday. Oh, and they cancelled shipping costs
