Hammerfall, Arch Enemy, In Flames, Blind Guardian.
The support band is actually far better than Dragonforce - and the whole reason I'll be seeing them in Dundee and Inverness:

Not very like dragonforce but still awesome
Taking up running and i have managed to overplay my Dragonforce albums to the point i tend to skip tracks. Can anyone recommend any bands like dragonforce? Needs to have good solos and fast tempo.
Here's some power metal highlights:

I think its Sylosis (received a msg on myspace from them saying they cancelled their headline dates to support Dragonfarce)
I may go just to see them.
Racer X will probably be up your alley - they were, basically, the original Dragonforce - a hyper guitar band.
I can't link right now, but search for the tracks 'Superheroes', 'Miss Mistreated' & 'Let The Spirit Fly' for tracks with vocals, and 'Skit Scat Wah', 'Technical Difficulties' and 'Scarified' for without.

Some great stuff been suggested already, Sonata, Edguy, Racer X. If you like guitar work then maybe try some of the shredders like Vai, Satriani, Malmsteen?
