2 places you can get the white bow, 1 from a black phantom in 1-4 and the other is guarded by a red eye skeli after the 1st reaper but before you leave the place were the reaper was, look around for the archway, should be on your right if u drop down and look out, i have left messages in that area.

Killing BP NPC's also gives you white tendancy, so in some levels you can get PWT if there are BP's on the way to the boss. Although you must go back to the Nexus to adjust your world tendency.

I'm now about to start NG++, and by killing old maiden waxy eyes I have now got the Red stone.

Hrmm its in the same area as the first reaper? I only found some unknown hero/soldier souls i think. There was a main stairway at the top of which is the reaper and then to the left and right of this area there are stairs going up.

I was playing in offline mode though so ill head back in there in online mode thanks.

Its a hidden passageway, online mode will probably have a hint about it near the entrance

As Nightwoolf said it's located in a hidden passage. Basically after you have killed the first reaper and reach him there is a set of stairs that go up to a dead corpse (also a switch on the floor which shoots arrows) well half way up that staircase their is a hidden door, slash it and you can go through. Follow the path and it will take you to a corpse with the white bow on it.

I had help in NG+, but I've just beaten him in NG++ and tbh he was pretty easy.

Grabbed the Keel Smasher and showed it to Scvir which got me a nice piece of Pure Clearstone

I just turned the game off in frustration, for some reason my Rune Sword does random damage. For example last night I was killing the worms in 2-2 with 4 hits, today its taking 6 and as such I died a stupid death and ended up losing about 100k's worth of souls. Thats 2 levels for me right there :mad:

Im probably stating the obvious but you know damage alters between soul form and body form yeh?

And the worms have a head and bodies, attacking the head kills them much faster but its lucky strikes when using a sword

I know that, but in the groups I just swing wildly to take them all at once. I'm not usually in body form either just cause I hate the invasions haha.

I get this with the worms also, sometimes my attack doesn't register at all

Anyway on a side note why are you still using that crap sword?

Surely the North Regalia with CT either white or black would be a better option?

Not killed Flamelurker yet

Rune Sword is fairly good against most enemies though. I've got it +2 aswell so it does a fair bit more magic based damage. May well change soon though, just need to find something I like. May well go back to the Meat Cleaver

Ah of course, no Ed upgrades yet

I found the meatcleaver to cumbersome tbh, the Makoto on the otherhand is very nice shame it is cursed

Personally I use either the Regalia or my Crescent Falchion +5 (great for MP regen)

Crescent weapons are certainly a shout, will save me equipping that bloody ring all the time

ordered this a few days ago from renchi, said there was a 2-4 weeks waiting on the main page but it says under stock status that its 1-8days expected so im confuzzled...either way im looking forward to it!!!

I'm confused with the spells. What's the difference between flamethrower and soul arrow? I don't know when I'd prefer to use one or the other? Soul arrow is cheaper in MP, so I tend to use that more - is there any reason why I'd use flamethrower? (they do close to the same damage).

BTW - for anyone sitting on the fence, this is my game of the year without a doubt. It's absolutely fantastic.

Flamethrower will tend to stun the enemy for a second or so while they recover from the fire damage, soul arrow does more damage to well armoured targets as it goes through shields... Still does reduced damage but a lot more compared to using fire on a target with thier shield raised

How do you struggle on the Old Monk?

Just keep facing him until you actually face him not a BP, he's dead easy when no one is summoned

cheers guys - ta for the msg Dinakin i never wouldve found it otherwise. Man this game forces you to pay attention at all times - got ganked by a couple of goldie skeltons and those very very annoying flying mantas. Basically i had changed my magic config. (i either go with Total protection or soul arrow and firespray) So i go with TP coz i figure itll help with meleeing the shadows and reapers. I forgot about all the annoying enemies that range attack you. Luckily only lost at most 25k And a quick run through of 4-1 and some 4-2 gets me 28k np. Anyway i was getting annoyed with world 4 so though sod it ill have me some flamelurker. Got him down to last quarter of health or smt but once again my mistake coz i load up on TP and melee him and im nearly dead and he gets stuck behind something so this was an easy chance for me to range attack him....i balls it up and just charge him. He doesnt seem too tricky though so ill get him when im a little more prepared (i didnt bother with range or herbs)

Looks like ill be farming world 4 for a bit...i must have so much bladestone its unreal. Slow n easy leveling taking out the infinite spawning phantoms eh..
