Does anyone else do this?

I only eat the skin on the organic kiwi's.

Actually eating the skins on lots or fruit and veg could actually contain goodies that help your body absorb and utilize the nutrients the flesh of the fruit contain. Also in some instances the skin might even be more nutritious than the fleshy, juicy part.

Just be wary of what the skins might have on them, like pesticides, etc. One example when organic might the wiser choice.

Does anyone else eat those really green and slightly sour apples with a bit of salt sprinkled on them ? :P Makes em lovely and takes bit of the sourness away.

I eat the skin, I really like it, and people look at me like I'm nuts.

One mate actually pleaded with me not to eat it as he was 100% sure the hair would irritate my stomach and I would die. lol

Wow, this is the first time I have heard of people eating the skin

I love kiwis but can't imagine eating the skin, the thought of material in my mouth literally makes me gip, especially if it's hairy.
