I only eat the skin on the organic kiwi's.
Actually eating the skins on lots or fruit and veg could actually contain goodies that help your body absorb and utilize the nutrients the flesh of the fruit contain. Also in some instances the skin might even be more nutritious than the fleshy, juicy part.
Just be wary of what the skins might have on them, like pesticides, etc. One example when organic might the wiser choice.
