Demoniser/memyselfandi, I think i'm going to have to read the manga for it.
I just finished the Natural and the last episode was great, very good fun but with some very strong hints as to what is next

It's got to be the only anime I've seen* that could not only get away with an entire episode dedicated to what they were doing, but do it in such a way that it was great fun to watch

I was a little disappointed that we didn't get to see Ai in an Undine uniform, as that was the cover for disc 4's case, and the menu.
I think i'm going to have to start paying some more attention to Rightstuf's other releases as so far i've thoroughly enjoyed all of the ones i've seen, including both A__a and Emma which I probably wouldn't have given a second glance to normally.
Re ADV, it looks like it's pretty much as you've reckoned going by an ANN article, basically ADV due to the stake they sold to Sojez weren't in any state to get additional finance (being 20% owned by a company who you've had a falling out with doesn't make for a good stable company as far as potential investors are concerned).
I'd guess that the "LLC's" have probably bought up most of ADV's rights to shows etc so that they are safe, and that that is the reason ADV created Sentai to hold the rights to it's new licences a while back (so Clannad is probably safe, as would be their plans for AS), and this is basically the nail in the coffin for the old ADV as a single company, but a save for ADV in spirit (same primary people behind it)
Interestingly enough, it's also the way that ADV ran things like the Anime Network and ADV UK, they were all independent companies owned by ADV (or it's owners), but without the ability to hurt ADV too much if they failed.
It's still a pity that ADV of old seems to have died, at least as a major player with dubbing etc
*Although I suspect some long running anime that are in desperate need of more filler would probably try it if they were short on ideas
