"Shabab Ramzan" surpise surpise...
I be she be voting BNP now![]()
Was that post stolen from the Daily Mail?
I was out a couple of years back in a club with friends when some bloke slapped a friend of mine (later to become my girlfriend) on the arse. Unfortunately for him I was about two yards away at the time and lets just say the police were not required. She was really freaked out about it but I did earn myself brownie points for dealing with the situation post haste. And even the bouncers were ok about it. When I told them what happened, their response was 'Fair enough'.
But if a girl hasn't got a man there to deal with the culprit (this seems a bit misogynistic) then by all means, it's entirely appropriate for the full weight of the law to be applied. A woman should be able to feel safe on a night out.
Note to all, before you say it...I left my keyboard at home that night!
You Know.. It comes down to: Do you agree with Chemical castration? Poland have already agreed to it, Califorinia and Miami presently use it as a valid form of punishmnent.
And why is that different? Shouldn't the police have been called and the man locked up for 6 months and added to the sex offenders register?
By giving him just a slapping you have let a sex offender prowl the streets.
Guess you are saying vigilante>police?
Chemical castration isn't very effective unfortunately, drugs like DMPA and fluoxetine have limited efficacy.
Either way, justice would had been served. He will probably think twice before doing something like that again. The thought of getting a comprehensive slapping of another bloke is probably as much a detterant as the thought of the law getting involved and besides, until hearing about this I and I suspect the majority of people didn't know the law would dish out this level of punishment. But even still, at the time I can't see any way of me reacting differently in that moment. And then had it gone to the police, I too may have had the police on my case.
Then bring out the mini guillotine.
I guarantee you just winced. Unless you're platinum87.
should have got life tbh i would hate that to happen to me if i was a woman. If this happened in a third world country like tunisia or france they would lose there hand putting it in the pickle jar tbh.
Justice not served. You became a vigilante and have admitted that you assualted him and would be in trouble with the police yourself. If he is a sex offender then a slapping won't stop him, he'll just be more careful in future.
Two wrongs don't make a right.
Where do you draw the line? If he had raped your gf and you gave him a kicking within an inch of his life, would you allow him to walk the streets free to do it to somebody else?
On a non sexual note, if somebody mugged you and you gave them a kicking, would you not report it?
if I were in the reverse position, and had an unknown woman grab my crotch or stick her grubby mitt down my undercrackers on a drunken night out, I'd want some form of justice, certainly.
.
That's a tough one. Like Energize says, they shouldn't be released if they are still deemed a threat, but people can, and do still re-offend. In an extreme case like multiple child rape, I personally think the ******* should never be released, whether he "reforms" or not, but if he were to be released, he definitely should be monitored.
