BF2 1.5 patch on 1 September

Does anyone fancy a game tonight? try and get a squad together on a server. Managed to get in a decent squad last night, with a decent squad leader, was awesome fun.
 
Is BF2 special forces included in this 1.5 patch and if not will I be ok to install it now I have installed 1.5?
 
Apart from my appalling pings (another thread about my ISP), this game is still great, the alt-tab then black screen is an issue though!! Thought they would have picked that up in the beta testing wouldnt you!
 
Game tonight? Some time before and/or after the TF2 8:30 match preferably. Might jump in now for a cheeky game too I think.


Also, I've been trying to create a work around to the alt-tab business by running in borderless window mode using shortcut commands, I likes me my alt-tab you see. Some games have a much easier method (like source games using -window -noborder), but I can't seem to find anything as easy for BF2.

I have got this far: +fullscreen 0 +wx -4 +wy -26 (I have a theme for XP, so these values should be whatever the size of the borders are on your windows)

This will start the game in a window but position it slightly off the screen to hide the borders, trouble is getting it to display over the start menu (which can be hidden, but I cba doing that every time I want to play). Is there any other way of removing borders (a program perhaps) and displaying a particular window over the start menu?

Well for me the Alt+tab didnt work, then it did oh and now it doesnt work again.

Its definately an issue......

I'll be on later. Are we gonna all pick the same server and get a ventrilo/ts going. It just makes the whole experience better imo

Yeah, 1.92 in fact (or (2,067,515,943 bytes?). Just found out I need the 1.41 patch installed before installing 1.5 as well, which is just finishing downloading. I don't think that's the problem with the 1.5 patch however, think i'll have to download it again...

Also what is the best Nvidia driver to use? An older one or the newest one (only have Battlefield 2 installed).

EDIT: Aggghhh!!! 1.41 is doing the same thing...

I'm downloading them off fileplay using Download accelerator plus...

Starting to think the extra maps are not worth faffing around for days on end trying to install it...

What's with players wanting to sit in a two seater plane/helicopter/tank/whatever BY THEMSELVES?

Pilot refused to take off unless I got out of the heli, and they jump out and tk me if I don't.

WTF!!?!?
 
I managed to install my BF2 but everytime I go to install my SF disc it just crashes and screws up
