Just to highlight that it is only stuff you've purchased from iTunes, your ripped stuff from your collection can't be transferred

Not an issue really, I have something that syncs iTunes anyway.

It was more hassle than anything else tbh.

Now they are touting it as a PSP/DS killer (again!!). I wonder if anyone from Apple has actually tried playing an intensive game for more than 1-1.5 hours at a time on an iPod/iPhone?

My 2G Touch lasts around the 1 hour mark on Peggle

The scale of this event in real-time is insane.

The copious amounts of sites frantically updating, Twitter nearly collapsing and having hundreds of posts every minute...makes me laugh how little patience we have to hear news now.

Looking forward to the last 15 minutes of updates though.

tbh I don't even think they are comparable until Battery life is sorted out on iPod Touch/iPhone, although the PSP go and it's new app-like store is obviously inspired/copied from Apple.

No matter how good the games are, I would bet anything that the new games they are showing off (that look PSP/DS "quality") cane the battery life very fast, one of the most important factors in a handheld gaming device.
