It would help if you told us a little about the league to start with?!? Pam mod? Pro mod? Game types? Rules? UK? EU?

We run a PAM mod and its in the UK, there is too much to post here, like i say if enough people show an interest all the rules, server settings etc are on our leagues website which i wiill post a link to.

Played loads of matches against bunny hoppers... If you've got aim, they're not a problem...

I have aim but theyre still annoying, if you have skills then you don't need to bunny hop like a 12 year old

Bunny hoping is a viable tactic against campers and for rushers.

welcome to camper league where in every corner lies a camper... no seriously jumping only affects campers which are always more than the "aggressive" players.
