Not really. I doubt he bought it as a cheap runabout. Considering what he has I completely understand. It is a future classic and it's value will increase.

Depends, if the owner's still driving it then I would be very concerned. If its sitting in his driveway because he's replaced it then it's understandable.

It's quite common, plus they are only fogs... I couldn't tell you the last time I used mine, and plenty cars don't have them to start with!

typical 90's ford look imo, all the more reason to get quad lights and remove 1 of the 4 lights and use as an intake ;]

I did say "if he's still using it" but the OP has said he's not so it's not a concern.

They do tend to look like that.
Plus the bonnet is on risers so it will make it look more distorted.

Definately! More or less anything is an improvement over those.
